Precision compressed air filter installation instructions

There are two types of compressed air filters: ones that connect with a screw and ones that connect with a flange. The ones with a screw use aluminum and are measured in Rp and NPT. The ones with a flange use carbon steel and are measured in DN.

Where to put the air filter for compressed air?
Put the compressed air filter and gas-water separator below the after-cooler or storage tank. Find a spot that's cold when it's near the after-cooler or storage tank and hot when it's near the point where the air is used. Before you put them in, clear out any debris that's already in the pipeline. Put the filter on the main line and closest to where the air is used. Don't use bypass pipelines because they can cause leaks.

Setting up and utilizing filters to clean compressed air.
Choose where to put the filter and air-water separator. Release the pressure in the pipe before putting them in.
Put the air filter and water separator on the pipe in an upright position. Follow the arrows on the filter to make sure the air flows in the right way. Use special tape or material to seal the threaded filter. Look at the marked numbers on the filter to know the maximum pressure and temperature it can handle, and information about the filter material.

Make this text easier to understand: 3. To easily change the filter, keep a spot saved for the threaded and flanged filters to be taken off.
Please provide the text that needs to be simplified. You can connect two or more filters together without tying knots or using wires by using special parts called connectors.
Make the paragraph simple and easy to understand: Attempt 1: The following paragraph is written in complicated language. Here is a simplified version of the same paragraph: Attempt 2: This paragraph is hard to understand. Here's an easier version: Attempt 3: This paragraph is difficult. This is a simpler version: Some filters have a manual drain that can be controlled automatically. Medical filters can sterilize, remove dust and vacuum. They also have a manual drain.

In simple words: To start the system, open the inlet valve slowly so the air flows gently until the pressure is steady. Check the filter and air-water separator for any leaks before using.

Taking care of the compressed air filter.
If you take care of something and check it often, it will work well and last a long time. Just to remind you, you can't replace any parts of the air-water separator.

Changing the filter cartridges of the compressed air system.
Coalescing filter cartridges can last forever if they only filter liquid oil. However, if they filter dirt and small bits, the pressure will slowly rise. You can check how long a thing lasts by using a special tool called a differential pressure indicator. If the pressure goes up to 400 mbar or the filter isn't doing its job well, you need to change the cartridge. You need to change the cartridge every year at least once.

We use AC activated carbon filters to get rid of oil smells and dirt. We should replace them every six months, or if they don't work well enough. When we use the filters a lot, they get dusty and the pressure goes up.
