We usually call them air filter, oil filter and oil separator for short. The filter element of the filter is a consumable , It needs to be replaced after a certain period of time. The replacement methods of the three filters are slightly different. Should we pay attention to it?

Air filter replacement:
The air filter is one of the protective umbrellas of the air compressor, which has the function of filtering impurities in the air. If the air is not filtered, the dust and large particles contained in the air will adhere to the inside of the air compressor, affecting the use of the machine and reducing the life of the lubricating oil. The air filtered by the air filter will be more pure. The air filter element generally needs to be replaced after 3000 hours of use, and it can be shortened or extended according to the operating environment of the machine. When the clogging of the air filter reaches -0.05bar alarm, it should be replaced immediately.
Replacement steps:
1. When replacing the air filter, the machine should be shut down, and other replacement steps should be performed after unplugging the power supply;
2. We want to clean the dust of the air filter housing, we can tap the two ends of the filter element, which can remove most of the dry bulky dust;
3. Then we can loosen the clamping ring, take out the rubber ring from the dust cover, and pour out the dust in the dust cover;
4. We need to loosen the wing cap, and then take out the filter element. After taking it out, clean the inner wall of the air filter housing (be careful not to blow it with compressed air). After the cleaning is completed, you can replace the new filter element and reinstall the filter;
5. Finally, after checking the installed air filter, it can be used normally.
