1. The similarities between high pressure air compressor and low pressure air compressor

The principle of the two types of high-pressure air compressor and low-pressure air compressor is the same. The low-pressure is a compression process, and the high-pressure is a two-compression process. The air compressor air storage tank generally requires two compressions for a standard air pressure above 8KG.



Second, the difference between high pressure air compressor and low pressure air compressor

1. Some refer to the level of power supply voltage. For example, the input terminal voltage generally includes: single-phase 380V, three-phase 380V, 660V, 6000V, 10000V, etc.

2. Some refer to the level of work pressure, which can be divided into:

(1), high pressure compressor 10MPa< exhaust pipe working pressure ≤ 100MPa.

(2) The working pressure of the exhaust pipe of the low-pressure compressor is ≤1.0MPa.

3. Some refer to the displacement size, which can be divided into:

(1) Small and medium-sized compressors 1m3/min< displacement ≤ 10m3/min.

(2) The displacement of large compressors is >100m3/min.

To sum up, there is not much difference between the high-pressure air compressor and the low-pressure air compressor in essence. The specific use depends on the exhaust volume of the air compressor and so on.
