The compressed air precision filter has two main parts: the filter and the container. When we put the air under pressure and filter it very accurately, all the dirty bits get trapped and clean air comes out. Different industries can use this clean air because it is pure enough for their needs.

Air filters come in different types with various levels of accuracy. It's important to install them in the correct order to make sure they work properly. If they're installed in the wrong order, it can make the air less clean and also make the filters wear out faster. You need to install the equipment in the right order to get air that doesn't have any dirt in it.

Types of filters for compressed air:

P-Class is a type of filter that can remove particles as small as 3 microns.

The U level filter can remove particles that are as small as 1 micron at a temperature of 20 degrees Celsius. It can also reduce the amount of remaining oil to less than 0.1 milligrams per cubic meter.

The H grade is a filter that filters tiny particles up to 0.01μm. It also has very low levels of oil at 20℃.

S grade oil filter can remove oil particles as small as 0.01μm, and when it works in a 20℃ environment, it will leave less than 0.001mg/m3 of residual oil. This filter should be used with an H grade filter.

Class C filter is for removing bad smells and is good for compressors that use oil. When it's 20°C, the left-over oil in the air is very small. It's best to use with a Class H filter.

Tips for installing compressed air filters in the correct order:

The rule is to start with a rough material and then use a finer one. You cannot do it the other way around.

Don't let the flow, pressure, and temperature of compressed air go higher than what the filter can handle.

During installation, remember to be careful about the position where the air filter lets air in and out.

The installation needs to be at a specific height from the ground so that it is easier to replace and operate.
