Compressed air filter importance

What does the term "precision filter" mean?

A precision filter is a tool that gets rid of solid particles from liquids or gases. It can be used for many different types of liquids.

Why should you use a filter that is very accurate?

Every small amount of compressed air has around 140 million bits of dirt and factories can be dangerous for compressed air machines. 80% of the tiny particles in the dust are less than 2 micrometers in size, and they could go straight into the pipe system with the compressed air. When air gets squished, it becomes wet and dirty with germs and little pieces of metal. This sloppy mix is dangerous and can make pipes rust, which will cost you money.

If you don't put a filter on your equipment, bad things can happen.

Air that's not good enough can cause machines to break down unexpectedly, which means they have to be replaced sooner than planned.

This causes less liquid to flow and makes the pressure higher.

The air tank and pipes are getting rusty and deteriorating.

When valves and air systems get clogged, it can harm machines and make it harder to produce things.

Harming the place where people work; making it more expensive to produce things.

Examples of situations where we need precise filters.

If a business needs very clean compressed air, they can use high-performance filters to get the job done. These filters should be used in industries like medicine, food, chemicals, environmental protection, and water treatment.

Sorting different types of accurate filters into groups.

Filters come in two sizes: big and small. The size is determined by the diameter, which is usually between 300mm and 3000mm. If needed, filters can be made to fit specific requirements. Filters with a diameter less than 1000mm are considered small, while those with a diameter over 1000mm are considered large.

The things that filter stuff are made of metal covered in different materials like rubber or plastic.

2. Material used to filter things.

Different types of filters are used for different purposes, such as PP meltblown, titanium, activated carbon, glass fiber, and others. They are used as filter elements.

3. An extra system that helps the main system work better.

There are pipes, parts that control the flow of liquid or gas, and ways to remove excess liquid.

Instructions for putting the filter in place.

The pressure used should not be more than what the filter can handle. Put the filter after the cooler and tank, close to where it's used and where it's the coldest.

To keep things safe, make sure to install the filter before the quick opening valve. Also, put the filter straight up and leave some room underneath for changing the filter. If the filter is big, hold it up so it doesn't move around. This will stop any backflow or damage.
